- Register the introduction
- Use the enquiry form, choose "Broker / agent" or "Advisor / consultant", and name the principal. We confirm in writing within one business day whether the party is new to us. Registered introductions are protected for twelve months.
- Fee basis
- A fee on completion of a registered lease, agreed in writing before the principal is introduced. Our usual basis is a percentage of the total rent over the initial term, paid at registration; for Natai a fixed fee. We do not pay retainers.
- What we provide
- This website and its property pages for public use; a data-room pack under NDA for your client; site visits by arrangement; a direct line to the owners for terms. No rent figures are published; we quote them to your principal after a first conversation.
- What we ask
- Principals, not lists. Please do not post the properties on portals or social media under your own name without asking; we will usually say yes if the copy stays accurate and rent stays off it.
- Consultants
- Hotel consultants running an operator search on behalf of a client are welcome; we can provide the feasibility material and concept studies under NDA.
The Sichon holding was marketed for sale by agents in earlier years. It is now offered on lease only. Any sale listing you find elsewhere is out of date.
