Natai · Andaman coast
Twenty-five minutes north of the airport the island ends, the bridge crosses, and the coast empties. What an operator gets on each side.

Phuket's west coast is where a brand goes to be seen by volume. Natai is where the guests who have already done Phuket go to be left alone, and they are currently under-served on the sand. A beach club or a ten-key stay on Natai is not competing with Catch or Café del Mar; it is the only place to eat with your feet in the sand for several kilometres, with the airport half an hour away and a 150-key Kimpton about to open next door.
No. Natai is in Phang Nga province on the mainland, across the Sarasin Bridge from Phuket island, about 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport. It shares Phuket's airport and market without its density.
Yes. Natai is a long straight beach with a handful of luxury resorts and private villas and no beach road, nightlife or high-rise. Patong, Kata and Karon are resort towns; Natai is a beach.
Space, sunset frontage and privacy at land costs below Phuket's west coast, while keeping the airport within half an hour. Aleenta, Iniala, Baba Beach Club and Santhiya are there; IHG's Kimpton opens in 2028.
Both follow national building control and the 12 m coastal setback; Phang Nga's coastal zones are low-rise. Confirm the envelope for a specific design with the Takua Thung district office.
