What happens after I enquire?

We reply within one business day. Then a call, an NDA and data-room access, a site visit, and heads of terms. From first message to signed heads of terms typically takes six to twelve weeks.

Who am I dealing with?

One private Thai family, directly, through its Thai landholding companies. Legal names, directors and title copies are provided under NDA.

Can I visit before committing?

Yes. After a first call and NDA we arrange a site walk at either property, with your advisers if you wish.

Do you work with brokers?

What languages do you work in?

English and Thai. Documents are in Thai with certified English translations where needed.
